Cancellation Policy

• Because we are located in the Rocky Mountains, weather and road closures cannot be used as a cancellation reason for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed in the same form used to make the reservation.  No exceptions.
• There are no refunds after check-in.
• There are no refunds for early departure. 
• There are no refunds for change of plans, personal emergencies, illness, or ejections.
• Cancellation 15 or more days prior to reserved arrival date will be charged 10% of the total reservation as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 14 days or up to 2 days prior to reserved arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 2 days or less prior to reserved arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation Policy states that No Shows will result in being liable for full payment.
